9:30 AM - 9:40 AM — Opening Ceremony

Welcome remarks from OCURA President, acknowledgment of sponsors, E-Board, faculty, and guests. Brief overview of the day’s schedule and logistics.

9:40 AM – 10:15 AM — Keynote Address
Choi Auditorium (JOHN 200)

Introduction of keynote speaker, Prof. Sasha Sherman, PhD, followed by brief Q&A. All attendees will automatically enter a raffle for gift cards and other promotional items

10:25 AM – 11:00 AM — Poster Session I

11:00 AM – 12:20 PM — Oral Presentations Session I

Presenters stand by their boards for informal Q&A. Attendees browse gallery-style. Coffee and snacks in Fishbowl (grab and go).

Faculty judges finalize poster scores. Raffle drawing at 1:00 PM in Choi Atrium.

People’s Choice voting open – attendees cast votes for their favorite poster or talk via QR code.

2:50 – 3:20 PM — Break & Judge Deliberation

Faculty judges gather in JOHN 314 to finalize scores and select award winners.

3:20 – 4:25 PM — Awards Ceremony & Closing Keynote

Followed by closing keynote address (~35 min), closing remarks from OCURA leadership, and final raffle drawing.

4:25 – 5:15 PM - Reception & Networking
